Our expert chefs have been hard work creating a unique and delicious offering, designed to kick your day off with a spice-filled start.
A must-try is our new signature stuffed parathas, recommended with a fried egg on top, come with a wide range of fillings such as Keema – smoky spiced minced lamb, Bollyflower Cheese – with cauliflower & Keen’s cheddar, and Meetha – with coconut, a sprinkle of brown cane sugar and Nutella®.
The menu also features a traditional favourite – kedgeree with smoked haddock, egg & green chilli – as well as a spicy masala omelette, served on a home baked brioche bun with gun powder spices.
Those with a larger appetite in the morning (or with a sore head from the night before) can chose our twist on a full English breakfast – The Big Kitchen Mash Up – with 2 fried eggs, smoked streaky bacon from Sillfield Farm, Goan choris sausage, kadhai field mushoom, sourdough toast, and a spiced potato & vegetable bonda bomb. A vegetarian friendly version is proving just as popular – The Big Veggie Kitchen Mash Up – containing a signature Bollyflower Cheese stuffed paratha, fried egg, kadhai filled mushroom, spiced potato & vegetable bonda bomb, and pomegranate raita.
